Help - Acrobat file links
:confused;
I am trying to link to a specific part of a pdf file say a paragraph. How do
I do that ?? Do I need to create a bookmark / link. If so how do I see it from
the dreamweaver to create a link.

I'm not sure about linking to a paragraph but you can link to a page:
[url]http://www.xxxxx.com/pdfname.pdf#page=10[/url]

Thank you mitch. My issue is when the document is updated then the page numbers might change. so is there any way we can link to a particular header or label

Linking to a Destination
By using this method you will avoid the problem of later adding pages to the
PDF.
