We designed our intranet using ASP and using a template we created in
Dreamweaver. I have recently upgraded to Contribute 3 and so have others. When
we edit a page and are trying to edit the page title after we click on Format >
Page Properties, we get the following error:

"All of this page's properties are locked by a template, so you can't edit
them."

We did not have this issue with any of the past contribute versions only
version 3. Please advise with resolution. Short term resolution is to use DW,
but not all my content editors have DW installed. 90% of all my users are using
Contribute 3.
