Help! Cell spacing only occurs when text is absent
Hi I need some help with this website I am working on. It seems that two of the
cells show spacing in Firefox when there is no text present on the main lower
cell. I cannot figure out why this is happeneing, or get one of the spaced
pages to show without the space.

The homepage and about OEC pages show correctly....why is it that the others
insert that white space?

Even spaces and tabs in tags can lead to bugs like this.
Remember that tag is emty only if there is absolutely no text between open and close tags.
