Help! CFMX7 stalls on installing at "Installing WebServer Connectors"
I hope someone can help with this - I am currently doing an install (fresh = no
other CF versions on server) on a small production server - the installation
got all the way to the "installing Web SErver Connectors" and just stalls
there.
I don't get an errors nor does it complete - I can't even get to the "cancel"
button, as the progress window is on top.
Any clues as to what this might be, or if there is a solution to help the
installation complete?
I made sure that the temp folders were ok *(no spaces in path name) /
However, they are on a non"C" drive. Might this cause any issues?

What web server are you using; your problem is similar to mine.

setup), CF can't automatically install the web server connectors for
you. The way I always resolve this is uninstall CF and then reinstall,
but instead of choosing your web server during the install tell CF to
use the built-in web server. After the installation completes, follow
the instructions for manually configuring the web server connector. Not
the most convenient process in the world but it will definitely (in my
experience at any rate) solve the problem.
