Help, document no longer opens
When i try to open my indesign document, well, it crashes. Same with the backup copy. The "pages" window is open in indesign, and as the document loads it hits page 15, all turns white, and i get the "indesign has encountered a problem" xp message.
Is there any way to recover this document. Its pretty important and would take a month to recreate.

My first advice would be to delete ID's preferences and saveddata file, as has been discussed elsewhere on this forum.
If that doesn't work, I'd try re-installing ID.
