Help Doesn't Display - InDesign CS, w/Pagemaker
I can't get InDesign CS's help system to display. Pressing F1 or clicking on the Help menu gives no result at all.
I'm NOT running Windows SP 2, but rather Win XP Home SP1. And Indesign CS 3.0.1, with Pagemaker. Using Firefox 0.9.3 as my default browser.
I AM able to find the InDesign HTML files on my disk and run the help system that way, but that's hardly satisfactory. Plus, I have several other Adobe apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) and their help systems run properly.
Any idea what's up?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Re: Help Doesn't Display - InDesign CS, w/Pagemaker
I should also mention that I've tried all the solutions in the Knowledgebase article, "Help files are missing or return an error (InDesign 2.x-CS on Windows)":
<http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329787.html>
None worked for me.

Re: Help Doesn't Display - InDesign CS, w/Pagemaker
You've unfortunately found the only solution that's worked for me and
quite a few others.
Save the HTML file as a favorite and drag a shortcut to the quicklaunch
bar on the bottom of your screen and launch the help from there.
