Help - Editing Error
When I go to a page to edit, I'm getting a warning saying that the page can't
be edited because <username> is editing the page. In this case, the username
is me. I've tried going to File/Actions/Publish, but all actions are greyed
out. There are 3 pages with this message, and none of them are really being
edited now and I need them released so they can be edited. I've looked through
the manuall and tried deleting myself as a user, but that didn't release the
pages for editing.
I'd really appreciate some help.
TIA, KJ Sargenti

only occurs when the user tries to upload a large file inside of the page.

have been unable to find out where. any help is appreciated...

Re: Help - Editing Error
I located the fix . In Dreamweaver, when you download from the remote, files
are locked until you "check them out." You can check them out simply by double
clicking on them - which is how I unlocked them to begin with. In order to
have others edit them, you need to check them back in. In Dream weaver, there
is a button to the right of the "get files" & "put files" buttons which is the
"check in/out" button. Once you've checked the files back in, the files can
edited.
