Help Feature will not launch in InDesign CS
I am not able to get the help feature of InDesign to launch after installing CS. I reinstalled InDesign with no luck. I am not having any problems with the other CS products. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Known issue...no fix. Just a workaround.
Create a shortcut to the html help files and put it in your quicklaunch
task bar.

Do you have Zone Alarm installed?
Check the settings for the firewall and give InDesign the right permissions.

I'm having identical problem, but my InDesign CS Help worked fine after original installation.
Is the problem related to the 3.0.1 update?
Has Adobe acknowledged the issue?

I have the same problem with CS on Windows and do not have the 3.0.1 update. It's that only available on Mac right now?
