    Default help file toally crashing

I can't say I've ever seen a cure for this.. I like to browse the
flash help file with flash unloaded so I fire up the ContextHelp.htm
in the help/flash folder. Most of the time using the search option
breaks IE6 and closes all windows and asks to send a report to Windows
    update.

Is there a cure for this problem ?

This happened to me once long ago. Not sure why it happens, but I
re-installed Flash to fix the problems. You could also dump your
preferences folder. Got to macromedia.com for information on how to do
    that.

I believe it's the fact that Flash help uses Java in the web pages it serves
up and perhaps the plug-in has been corrupted or something, but can't be
    sure.
