Help!! Flash Video white background - Macromedia Flash Sitedesign

I am trying to create a website that has the same effect as this titleist website. http://www.titleist.com/_forgedstainless/default.htm I want to record a person talking and have it appear as though they are actually on the screen. I have tried recording against a white wall, but the background always comes out grey when I bring it into flash. What do I need to do to get this effect to work. Is it a lighting issue or a compression issue or is there some trick in Flash that will help me? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,...

You'd probably be better off shooting against a bluescreen then droping in a
background using AfterEffects or something like that. I've had pretty good
success doing that both with photos and with solid colors.

    Good luck!

Thanks, but I don't have a bluescreen or AfterEffects. I do have Adobe Premiere. Any other suggestions??

    Thanks,

I haven't used Premiere that much, but I think it has a keying funciton. Try
shooting against some solid background which is a color not included in your
figure (so don't shoot someone in a black shirt against a black background),
then use the keying funciton in Premiere to drop out that color. Hopefully,
you'll get a little closer to your desired effect.

Search Premiere's help system on keying and compositing to get more specifics.

    Hope that helps!
