Help for new user-no pixels selected pop-up
Hi!Hope someone out there can help. I can find no answer to this is the help menu or in the book. Why, when trying to make a selection within a layer, do I always get a pop-up that says"No pixels are selected" ? I've just made the selection using one of the selection tools, but then this pop-up appears! Is there some setting somewhere I need to check? Thanks in advance!!

Re: Help for new user-no pixels selected pop-up
Maryellen - that message usually pops up when you're pointing at a layer
that has no image components, such as an adjustment layer. If you try to
make the same selection on the background layer or another layer with image
pixels on it, you should be okay.
