HELP !!! - Formatting email submissions
I am looking to set up a page where our customers can submit requests for
quotations on equipment we sell and I would like to be able populate the
subject box and have the body of the email set up with a form like set up where
our customers would enter their name, company, PH# ...etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with HTML / Dreamweaver and would like that when a customer is
asking for a quotation from our website that the subject line of the email will
automaticall be filled in with something like " Request for quote on _______"
and the body of the email has fields for our customer to complete regading
company name and address.
Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated or if there is a web
page that anyone can point me to would be great as well.

What languages does your server support? This will most likely have to be done with some sort of scripting such as PHP, CGI, Perl, JSP, ASP, etc.
