Help, Help Help, Please
Hi All,
can you help this is the first time I have every used a forum for help, so
bear with me.!
I have been using C3 for 2 years and have had no problem until recently,
First problem, I can no longer cut and paste whilst in contribute
The following error pops up in a window
'Whilst executing DW_Menu_Edit_Cut Command in ccmenus.xml,
the following java script(s) occured, Tpye error: MM.event has no properties.
Can anyone help me get my cut and paste function back up and running,
What have I done to it, anyone know?
Second Problem:
Everytime I access one of my websites in contribute AND using internet
explorer a window pops up stating if I want to run Active X control on this
page, I click yes, and all is ok, but when in contribute this happens every
time I switch pages to edit then when its updated said page etc. How can I get
rid of this darn pop up, I have tried updating but nothing seems to work.
And last but not least, I cannot re-instal my C3 the following error occurs
when I try to install/repair, - Wizard was interupted before installation was
complete.
I have tried to repair the above problems this way ( I am a bit of a novice
so it was just a stab in the dark)
I thought something could be wrong in this vaccinity as I am using a trial
version download after purchasing the key and disc,(2 years ago) I just
entered the code rather than re installing the full version
This ActiveX pop up does not occur in Mozilla fire fox browser.
can anyone help me please

Hi,
There seems to some problem with the install files and something went wrong.
one fix for this would be re-installing Contribute.
If you have the Contribute setup file, can you try re-installing from it ?
Also make sure that there are no drafts in Contribute open when you attempt
this.
