Default Help: How to be aple to scroll down text?

Hi, I ran the searches but I didn't find the awnser, it might be the language boundaries, but I'l try to explain my problem as well as I can. I'm running GoLive 6.0

I have made a web page that has text in the middle of it (layout text box). Now I however have more text than can fit the field and it becomes to big. So i want to have the same size text box that i used to be but with more text. How do i make it that you can scroll up and down that text? so that only the text moves, not the rest of the page?

All help is apriciated, Thank you :D

You should post this in the GoLive forum.
