Help!...Layout Problem

Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me?

I am working within Dreamweaver MX. I am creating a html page which I have
added a layer into. I have placed the layer into the desired space within the
page, yet when I go to publish the page in preview the layer has moved out of
place. How can I mend this problem?
