    Default Help me out

    i cannot connect to 127.0.0.1 and i dont know what the problem is. it keeps saying "connection refused" can you please help me out with this??

    Default help me out

    I am running one script in which i am getting data from one server &
    storing it into postgres db.
    while running sometimes this error occours
    can anyone knows why its happening so?
