Help me with Fedora!! - Linux Setup, Configuration & Administration

I have an Abit nf7-s and use a overclocked CPU. I am trying to install graphically Linux Fedora but when anaconda loads and I see the mouse arrow, my pc freezes!!! I used commands like 'linux noprobe' and 'linux skipddc' but the problems still remains! So I installed the os via text but when I try to load it the system hangs (mouse arrow doesn't run)!!! What can I do?...

Do you mean you successfully installed it with "linux text noprobe"?
I wouldn't have thought you would need the mouse in text mode.
Couldn't you try "redhat-config-mouse" if you installed in text mode?

    [Nb This is purely theoretical!]

Mentre Guybrush Threepwood mi vendeva della giacche di pelle, brutte per
la verità, maths.tcd.ie ha colpito la mia attenzione...
Seen that the setup didn't work via graphics i decided to install this
    os via text.
    But the problem still remains.
In fact when i boot fedora and appears the mouse arrow the system
    hangs!!!
    I have a Radeon 9800.

What exactly do you mean by "install via text"?

I thought that if you installed in text mode ("linux text")
you got a text login console,
in which case the mouse arrow would not appear.

If it tries to boot in graphics mode
and you have a floppy drive
you could get tomsrtbt -- Linux on a floppy --
or Knoppix -- Linux on a CD --
and edit /etc/inittab to start in level 3 rather than 5.
    (Change "id:5:initdefault:" to "id:3:initdefault:".)

    But I may have misunderstood.
