Help!!! My Adobe Extension Manager CS3 has a problem!!!

Help me pls!!! when I open my adobe extension manager cs3, it runs but it's
still in minimized version and i cannot see it in desktop no matter how many
times i clicked on it and run it in maximized state still it does not work.....
how can i solve this one... i tried re installing it but that did not fix it.
