Have a look at www.webdevbiz.com. Nothing there specifically for e-commerce,
but the default contract will probably do, with a bit of tweaking. If you
need something more precise, I think you'll have to talk to a lawyer.

Regards,

Pete.

Oscar,

As FatCat posted, you might want to check out the contract I have available
at http://www.webdevbiz.com (a commerical product).

Re. additional contractual info for e-com sites: the main thing I would
watch out for is that the specification you write includes all the necessary
details of the shopping cart and payment processing - such-and-such is
included. This is the best protection I know of from later disputes with
clients.

Hope that helps.

I don't know - but I would write one, just in plain English, stating that
you cannot be "held liable for any direct, indirect, special or
consequential damages from the use of client's web site". It might not be
bullet-proof, but it's a *lot* better than nothing.

If you feel the stakes are high enough to warrant it, you might want to get
the advise of an attorney on this. :\
