HELP! Need to write batch file to automate securityupdate process
Hello:
I need to figure out how to write a batch file to automate the security patch
process for 40 Coldfusion servers. Some are 4.5 and some are MX7 and all have
a JRun background. Some of the patches are .exe files, and some of them are
..jar files. Is there a univeral script I could use to stop the JRun service,
stop the web server, install the patches, and restart the server? Also is
there a process (or script) I could use to revert the patch install if it
doesn't work properly?
