Help on retouching picture file

If you're willing to buy a book then "Photoshop Retouching & Restoration" by
Katrin Eismann would teach you what you need to know. Web site at

Luckily for you the "Sample Tutorial" on Katrin's site covers what you're
asking so take a look at it.

You should be able to do this easily in Photoshop using the Healing Brush or
the Clone tool, read up on these tools in the Help files.

Use either 'soften' or the clone tool or the easiest way I've found to
smooth things out is in PSP7 in this order

Effects

Noise

Edge preserving smooth

start at a strength of 2 or 3 and see what you think.
