Help Please, Extension Quits on startup?

I cannot install or run Extensions om my Mac G-5 dual chip 1.8 ghz 512 ram
OS10.4.3 system, Keep getting "The Application Extension Manager Quit
unexpectedly" for an extension or the actual application?

letting others know what your version of dw/ extensions manager is and what
other extensions you have installed,

also consider are the extensioos compatable with the version of dw your
running.
