Have you tried viewing them with other than Photobase Narelle??

As a basic starter, try using Internet Explorer to find them and view them - does that work??

    Cheers,
    Stuart

    Narelle,

Are you able to copy them to floppy/cd or email and open them on another
    computer?

Are they marked 'Read Only' (right click the file in explorer and look at
    properties)?

Does you laptop have any problems opening other sorts of files?

    nb
