HELP!!! PVII Layout Designer 2 onLoad Problem

Hi everyone, my name is wubba & im very primitive to web design... almost
hopeless at code but can find my way around dreamweaver so please all bare with
me! :)...

My first website i am creating, i am using PVII Layout Designer 2. I'm trying
to center my layers using the "onLoad" event...Works fine with the "onFocus" or
"onMouseOver" event etc but not onLoad!!!??? Is there some step i am missing as
i achieved it before... but cant seem to get it working again?

Please help as i need to get this site finished so i can move on to the next!!!
