weird... they were both offf.... so I checked them on, then applied, then
restard inet service, then off, then restarted intet service,.... now works
as expected....hhmmmm

This can happend (it's obvously not your case, but it could help someone
else)
if you kill the iisHelp virtual dir. The page handling 500 error is in this
directory so, if you break it ...
