    Default Help Shocking Animations

    Hi

I have an animation (bitmap sequence) that has the size of the stage. The
sequence is made of 15 to 20 diferent images. these images has been optimized
by Image Ready (c) and has a file size about of 20 to 30 KB. I have those
images imported in Director. From these images i made a sequence in the
timeline. (I didn't made a filmloop of this seq.) So if u look at the timeline
u can see 10 to 20 diferent images next to eachother, each one frame

I already changed the tempo from 30 fps to 15 fps

I don't know why the animation is still shocking. The projector size is only
15,7 MB that isn't big at all, is it

So i hope that anyone could help me with solving this problem

    Thanks

What do you mean shocking? What does that mean in this context? Slow or
    what?

15MB for a projector is massive, particularly if - like me - you're used to
creating stub projectors (external casts, images, xras, etc.).
Is the animation the only thing that you are using director to produce, as
you would be better off sequencing the animation in flash, exporting as
*.swf and then importing into director. I always try to stay clear of
creating or dealing with images in this way within director. It's powerful,
    but it's no image editor.
