HELP! Some files convert to PDF; others don't??
I have had several problems with adobe. I have Word (xp) and when I loaded adobe; there is a icon for converting word into PDFs.
When I'm ready to convert; I click on the icon, and it (adobe) freezes up on me and I get a message; program not responding; then the same in word
However, there are some files that do convert (in word)
Any suggestions
