Default HELP-Strange message when my site load on net

I have created my website using Flash 5.

When I go to my site, 80% of the time I get a Windows message:

The messsage box header says " Sytem Settings Change"

The body of the message is as follows:

You must restart your computer before the new settings will take
    effect

Do you want to retart your ccomputer now?

I select no and the site loads fine. I was wondering what might cause
this. Any insight or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you try restarting your computer to see if the message goes away the
    next time?

The only time I've seen this is when an updated version of the plug-in was
    installed on a person's machine.

Thanks for the response. I shut down daily and I still encounter the
problem. I have also shut down right after the message. It should be
noted that if I select "No" in the message box, things function
normally. However, i will get the message again if I navigate to one
of the sub pages and return to the main page. I liked your site. try
mine and see if you get the message:

    Thanks again for the response.
