Help that do'nt work in illustrator cs

My system is PC with windows Xp
I have problem with my Help that do'nt work with F1 or Click/help.
The clik/F1 opens explorer with an empty page.
in illustrator fils of my computer all help files are there.
What i do, help me, please!

Delphin,

Are you using MSIE as your Internet Browser? What happens if you use Windows Explorer and path to the HELP HTML files and double click on any one of the files? Does it automatically open in MSIE or your "regular" Internet Browser? If it doesn't automatically open, you need to reorganize what browser is set as the Associated program for HTML files in Windows.

My problem is great srieous to me.

My PC works with Windows XP. When I launch Illustrator Cs, I have this message:"could not complete the request operation" and the Illustrator closes when I clic on Ok. What to do for my Illustrator CS ?
