Dont know of any tutorials for stuff like that, it just takes lots of
practice with photoshop & flash. It's lots of different movie clips mounted
on a composite image.
I cant help you with tutorials, but if you post your e-mail I'll send you a
couple of things you can take apart to see if you can figure out how they
went together.

I believe it's the communication of color and alignment that send a "quality" message, and Flash is just a way to present this. I mean if the same guy whould write a song it would be just as good.

one more thing, near th end of that banner thing, there is text saying "going faster" and then it shoots off the screen leaving a trail off "mist" you could cal it, how is that done, it is motion tweening the text off the screen and then animating dots in another layer?
