Help w/ Includes & CSS

for some reason after I upgraded from MX 2004 to DreamWeaver 8, my site doesn't
doesn't format with the style sheet i used previously in 2004. Also none of the
includes show in any of the pages.. not sure where i messed up, or what i need
to do. I can apply the style sheet to the pages individually, but can't figure
out how to get the entire site to use them. Also need help with getting the
includes to show up. Please help
