HELP with CSS, Tables and Layers

Ok, Murray, this is kinda directed to you a bit. First I followed your advice
and direction to Projects7 website for navigation help. And I found what I
wanted - the Uberlink tutorial. we even purchased the advance tutorial because
I really need this for a horizontal menu system.

But then I followed your direction to another site that detailed the "Ten
Layer Laws". And what I need is for this menu from the unberlink tutorial to
be inside a table cell, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it
(the tutorial puts in inside a div tag) It just never looks right, no matter
what I do. I know it's going to be difficult for you to help me without seeing
the code, but I cannot post the code, I'm sorry.

I'm feeling very frustrated and dumb. My main problem, I think, is that I
don't know how to manipulate the code properly. I have some html background,
and at one point I could even do some coldfusion - so the coding is not
completely foreign to me. but apparantly the right ways to use css and div tags
are beyond me...:-(

Can you help me? Can you direct me to some websites/books that explain this in
detail?
