help with floating frames or scrolling index
I think I am trying to do something simple and just don't know how to do it. I
would like to set up a scrollable text box on an existing page so that the page
doesn't have to be super long with info...users can just scroll in the text
box. I can't seem to fiqure it out. text within the box will have links to
outside of the host site, and I would like to maintin the color scheme as well.
Any simple solutions out there or do I need to get into the thickness of
frames?
Thanks.
