Help with sliding menu - please - Macromedia Flash

I found a nice sliding menu over at www.flashkit.com however I can't make heads or tails out of how to get it to work. I would also like to use the following actionscript with the buttons. on (press) { loadMovie("001.swf", "_root.display_holder"); } my current files are here. (please note, these are not the files for the completed site; only the menu.) http://www.anicespot.com/flash/slidingmenu.swf http://www.anicespot.com/flash/slidingmenu.fla thanks for any help. James / NYC....

actually it is quit clear.
if you open the .SWF you will find a working movie that has buttons that do not lead to anywhere...... Hence the problem.

"..however I can't make heads or tails out of how to get it to work. I would also like to use the following actionscript with the buttons. "

on (press) {
loadMovie("001.swf", "_root.display_holder");
}

The following seems pretty clear

"..my current files are here..."
"..(please note, these are not the files for the completed site; only the menu.).."
http://www.anicespot.com/flash/slidingmenu.swf

http://www.anicespot.com/flash/slidingmenu.fla

So obviously if the buttons don't work that could be an issue;
and if I supplied both the .SWF & the .FLA there's a pretty good chance that "sumthin ain't workin right" and upon opening the .FLA you would also see that the buttons don't work.
So again my question is...... how can I get the buttons to work and us include the above actionscript?

thanks for any help.
