    Default Helvetica/Times Font Problems

I use FH 11.0.2 to create scientific overheads - we use Helvetica and Times 90%
of the time. Our frustration is that when printing FH drop's quote marks,
apostrophes, changes en dashes to em dashes and substitutes bullets with
another character. After hours of testing I found that if I don't use the
resident fonts (TrueType) and switch to a newly purchased Open Type font the
    problem seems to stablize.

Anyone else experiencing the same problems, and can you confirm that changing
    font types is a fix.

    Terribly frustrated

Come on Macromedia I reported this problem several months ago and you were
working on it then. Surely you have more to say than that you are monitoring it
closely. Because of this problem our company cannot risk using MX and having an
error like this reach our Presses. We are therefore exporting all our clients
MX files to Freehand 9. Your application is the only one that we use that
cannot be safely output from OSX.
