Unrar and install AgentBot to drive C:\AgentBot

AgentBot will only work in drive C:\AgentBot

Copy agent.ini from C:\Agent to C:\Agent\Data

Only do this if agent.ini is not in C:\Agent\Data

Add a new shortcut to your desktop:

Find and select C:\AgentBot\AgentBot.exe

Target: C:\AgentBot\AgentBot.exe
Start in: C:\AgentBot
Shortcut key: None
Run: Normal window

Setting up Forte Agent user profile:

Forte Agent default installation sample:
C:\Agent
C:\Agent\Data

Execute AgentBot shortcut that is now on your desktop.

Select menu AgentBot -> Open -> Profiles -> Forte Agent...

Click - Create data folder:
Find and select C:\Agent
Type in a new Forte Agent data folder name -> [Testing]
Click button [Create]

You will see something like this.
C:\Agent
C:\Agent\Data
C:\Agent\Testing

The name "Testing" will be the new Forte Agent data folder and
user profile setup.

Click - Copy data files from:
Find and select C:\Agent\Data

Click - Copy data files to:
Find and select C:\Agent\Testing
Click button [Copy]

This will copy all the needed Forte Agent data files from
C:\Agent\Data to C:\Agent\Testing

Click - Agent.exe:
Find and select C:\Agent

Click - Agent.ini
Find and select C:\Agent\Testing
Click button [Save]

Click - Delete a data folder and user profile:
Find and select C:\Agent\Testing
Do not click button [Delete]

Only use this if you want to delete the Forte Agent data folder
"Testing" and the user profile setup "Testing".

Click - Rename a data folder and user profile:
Find and select C:\Agent\Testing
Do not click button [Rename]

Only use this if you want to rename the Forte Agent data folder
"Testing" and the user profile "Testing" to some other user
profile setup name.

Click - Save all the above as a user profile:
Click button [Save]

This will save all the above information as a user profile "Testing".

Do the same with the Forte Agent "Data" folder C:\Agent\Data.

Exit AgentBot and then execute AgentBot shortcut that is now
on your desktop to add the Forte Agent default installation
folder C:\Agent\Data to create a user profile "Data".

Select menu AgentBot -> Open -> Profiles -> Forte Agent...

Executing a Forte Agent user profile setup:

Select menu Execute -> Data or Testing to execute the Forte Agent
user profile setup "Data" or "Testing".

To delete a Forte Agent folder and user profile:

Select a user profile from the user profile display on the right side.
Click - Delete a data folder and user profile:
Click button [Delete]

Select a user profile from the user profile display on the right side.
Click - Rename a data folder and user profile:
Type in the new name of the Forte Agent data folder and user
profile.

There are 2 files in the email header setup (EMail and Mail2News).
The 2 files are the default setup headers when selecting post via
EMail or Mail2News. You can add, delete, check, uncheck the
default header items. Do not delete them because AgentBot will
not work without them.

There is 1 file in the mail2news header setup (Mail2News).
This file is the default header setup when selecting post via
Mail2News. You can add, delete, check, uncheck the default
header items. Do not delete it because AgentBot will not work

There are 4 files in the news header setup (Cancel, Default,
Mimic, and Supersede). The 4 files are the default setup headers
when using Cancel, Mimic, and Supersede. You can add, delete,
check, uncheck the headers items. Do not delete them because
AgentBot will not work without them. The Default setup is the
header setup that is loaded when exiting the Cancel, Mimic,
Supersede, harvest user names and subject lines.
