Hide/show layers

hi,

i have a form and in this form i have multiple <div> and each <div> i have table. i show and hide according to the events attached to the form fields. the problem i am having is when i submit the form and i got to 2nd page and try to come back to the first page, the page dosent show me the all the layers, it only shows the default layer but the form holds the data. is there any way we can keep track of layers which i worked so when i come back to the page it shows all the layer except the layers i didnt open???
i really need your help.

Yes..all fields are in one form.
