Default Hiding a URL ?? is this possible ??

I have several pages on a server which I need to show, but keep the URL
private. Is there a way to put a link on my site, and hide the URL? Also,
when they click the link, can I control the behavior of a new browser window
which will open up to show these pages, such that the URL is completely
    undetectable?

The goal here, is I do not want anyone to know the actual URL to these
pages. I may not have asked the question properly, so read through my
desires and give me whatever you've got!

    Thanks so much!

    No.

The only way is: Don't publish the pages.
If there's a link that a browser can detect, then a user can too.

You can (maybe) hide the URL in the pop-up window, but that doesn't
    mean it's completely undetectable.

    Why?
