    Default Highlighter tool

I have highlighted some text in a PDF document. The color is about 60% gray and looks great on the screen, however, when I print the document, the highlight does NOT print behind the text ... it does not print at all. Any ideas anyone, please? Thanks. Grateful Kenny.

Are you telling it to print comments?

    Default Re: Highlighter tool

I used "Print Comments" as you suggested and the highlight behind the text DOES PRINT, however, there's little boxes with numbers appearing on the form as well.

I need to highlight the text or have a rectangle filled with 60% grey behind specific words on the form and then save it all as a PDF so it can be printed out elsewhere just the way it is.

Is that possible? How can I get a filled rectangle to go behind text? Is there layering in Acrobat?

    Thanks for your help.
