We have received a .PDF file that was created with Acrobat 6. In the file there are notes that are highlighted in yellow. When we try to print this file, notes and all with the full version of Acrobat 5, the notes either does not print the text or it puts the highlighting in the wrong place, across other paragraphs. This is troubling as the highlighting was meant for a specific paragraph and it is out of place or the text that it was to highlight does not appear at all.
How is this fixed without using Acrobat 6? We are not ready to deploy Acrobat 6 as of yet and Acrobat 6 is incompatible with certain expensive software that we use.
