History back() call in flash - Macromedia Flash Sitedesign

Hi, I have a movie with several scenes. On each scene there is button that takes the user to a scen with a form in which they fill in. I want to be able to put a back button on the form scene so that the user can click and go back to the scene they came from. I know you can use the prevscen() call but only takes you to the scene before the form but not the one the user came from. Is there a call like historyBack() in flash that remembers what scene the user clicked from. ...

Default History back() call in flash

    Hi,

I have a movie with several scenes.

    Cheers

    Steve

not that i know of, but a work around would be something like you could
create a global variable and set it to different values upon the exit of a
frame. then, you could write a bunch of if then statements for the back
button so it'll take you to a certain frame depending on the value of the
    variable
