home page woes
Hi all-
I've got Contribute set up and running with just one problem. My homepage is
www.mysite.org/index.html and Contribute defaults to www.mysite.org/index.htm
and says it can't be found. I've tried resetting the page in preferences but no
luck.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mark

You can always modify the home page URL for every role by doing the
following:
1. Edit->Adiminster Websites->Select your site
2. Select the role to which you want to change the home page url (say
administrator)
3. Click on the Edit Role Settings button
4. In General tab, look at the second text box - "Home page for users in
this role" - http://servername/site1/index.htm
Change this to http://servername/site1/index.html for all the roles.
This should work fine.
