    Duties & Responsibilities:

    The Data Manager - Reporting Services is responsible for the accuracy
    and completeness of Asset Management’s MRI Database through fact sheet
    “publishing” and direct input. Daily interaction with Investment
    officers and/or Asset Managers is required. The manager is a critical
    part of the team responsible for oversight and management of our $10
    billion real estate portfolio and all of the details regarding it.
    This individual also serves as a resource for other departments in
    terms of information, reports and assistance with the proprietary
    systems used to update the Database. In addition, the manager assists
    with the ysis and preparation of the quarterly report to the
    Company’s Board of Directors regarding the details and performance of
    the portfolios. The Head of Reporting Services will lead an
    initiative to improve data quality and communication throughout the
    firm.

    Specific Job Responsibilities:

    New Deals: Project Manage the closing of each html-based fact sheet,
    liaising with the firm’s Investments department, outside Counsel and
    where necessary, Information Systems. Check for accuracy and
    completeness. Assist/educate users in preparation of the investment
    fact sheets.

    Existing Deals: Check for accuracy, and completeness and where
    necessary, make modifications directly into the Database. Liaise with
    Asset Managers and assist with preparation where necessary.

    Database Maintenance: Regularly review the system using a series of
    queries and reports and provide integrity checks in conjunction with
    IS. Be proactive in recognizing and solving issues related to prior
    data. Direct special projects to review and update existing data.

    Liaise with Information Systems: Work with the IS department to
    implement technical changes designed to improve the accuracy and/or
    efficiency of database maintenance and reporting functions. Work with
    IS in the development and implementation of html based fact sheets for
    Asset Management transactions.

    Liaise with other Departments: Supply data and clarify portfolio
    information for critical projects in other departments such as
    Investments, Marketing and Investor Relations. Assist or direct
    special projects as needed.

    Quarterly Report Preparation: Drive the collection of data and
    updating so that accurate data can be run for the quarterly report
    ‘State of the Assets’. Ensure that fellow team members have the tools
    that they need to provide their information.

    Data/Portfolio ysis: Perform quarterly ysis and reporting for
    each portfolio on key metrics such as vacancy, historical vacancy,
    credit watch report, and quarterly activity.

    Data Quality & Communication: Co-chair a firm wide task force whose
    purpose is to facilitate the flow of information between departments,
    create consistencies in sourced data and implement more efficient
    processes for information dissemination.

    Team Member: Be a critical participant of the Department that
    oversees all real estate investments and creates value for our
    investors. Environment of meritocracy where responsibility grows with
    ability.


    Qualifications:

    Degree: BA or BS (Finance or Real Estate background highly desirable)
    – Applicants will need to have significant attention to detail,
    interest in ysis, and strong problem solving skills. In addition,
    they must be experienced in Excel and working with databases.
    Individuals with knowledge and/or practical experience with MRI
    Software are preferred. A general knowledge of real estate
    transactions and the corresponding doentation/terminology are
    essential. Technical competence is required, but personality dynamics
    and fit with corporate culture are paramount as well.
