    Well. ... you could sort of ...

    in that you can definently convert to HTML
    I have seen a few tools for this

    But as for XHTML - I know you can convert from HTML to XHTML using some
    tools, downside is that each step of the way it gets worse, its like going
    from nice print formatted to formatting helll based on how it would visually
    look regardless of the content (if that makes sense)

    IF the PDF is completely content, no images etc... it might be a little
    better ...

    Not possible to export from PDF into HTML or XHTML page. You are out of luck. You'll have to construct a web page with content information in it.
