How can I do a Master/detail with navigation in detailpage ?

Hello,

In a master / detail set of pages, I don't want go back master page every
time. I need to can navigate in detail page (before /next article) without
going back to pick the following article.

I use Dreamweaver MX2004 with PHP/MySQL
