Hello,

we use several word-documents (Microsoft Office Word 2003) with format-drafts.

These format-drafts can be used to create bookmarks in pdf-documents.
Therefor we have to choose format-drafts in the menu "bookmarks" ("adobe pdf", "changing convert-settings"). For example "chapter 11". We use bookmarks for a better accessibility in our pdf-documents.

After converting a word-document to pdf (therefor we use Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2 Professional) everyone who looks at the pdf can see the bookmarks (with the button "bookmarks" in the Adobe Reader).

Everytime we want to create a pdf with bookmarks we have to choose them again. After opening another word-document and then re-opening the document which should be converted to pdf all before chosen bookmarks are not chosen anymore (not activated with the cross anymore).

Is there a possibility to save these bookmarks-settings in every separate word-document so they are set forever?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Regards
Jan
