How can I uninstall Acrobat Reader 7 on my Mac?

Hi folks. I'm trying to uninstall Acrobat Reader 7 for OSX but I cant' seem to find an uninstaller. Does anyone know how to uninstall this? Thanks.

Actually, there is an Uninstaller provided when you install Acrobat Professional 7. I have it in my apps. I've never had to use it. But I would assume it deletes not only the app but the remaining support Acrobat Pro support files. Check to see if it appears on your CD.

Unfortunately, it leaves a bunch of stuff around, including the browser plug-in.

Another thing if your upgrading from say 6 to 7 or 7 to 8 You either have to leave the previous version installed so that new prgram can verify a previous install either be reading serial number or verfying th application, or you have to stick the old install disk in Drive in order for it to read certain information to prove you are actually updating.

When I updated from 6 to 7 it wouldn't install 7 until I unstuffed the version 6 to verify a previous install.

Once installed you can either leave on HD or remove as needed.
