Sure, I do it all the time, have you tried yet? just set up the email
account in outlook express or outlook the same way you did for the first
user.
NOTE: if this is a POP3 account you may run into issues sharing access to
this because in my experience POP3 deletes email from the server as soon as
you download the email from it. Try changing the server type from POP3 to
IMAP if it works sharing will work a lot better, if not, sorry.
