How did they do that
I just received the new Adobe CS at work, and reading through the design manual I noticed an effect that I loved, however I am unable to figure out how it is done (even though I have come darn close).
On the Aesthetics Poster there is a geometric design, it is very architectural, that is a doughnut shape skewed, and intersects itself at several points creating an complex geometric shape. If you understand the art I am describing (page 27 in manual) and you know how that is created please let me know.
Thanks

Re: How did they do that
I dug my manual out from the garbage reference pile, and found that page 27 in my book has no such illustration. Nor does any nearby page. Perhaps you can scan it?

Re: How did they do that
He's referring to that small book that came with the entire Creative Suite. I think it is called the Design Manual or Guide or something like that. I don't have it with me at work, but I'm pretty sure it involves the 3d rotate command, which would be under "effects".

I don't have the suite, but if someone wants to post a pic somewhere, I'll do my best to analyze it...

Re: How did they do that
I see a kind of wireframe doughnut. Could be just a blend on a path.
See page 2 of this pdf for some similar idea starters.
