how do I change Flash Player's locale (UI language) ? - Macromedia Flash Player

I'm currently developing with Flex Builter 2 final version and Flash Player 9. (OS is Windows XP Traditional Chinese version) But the debugging message are displayed in Chinese language which made it very hard to check in the manual or search on google. I wonder if there's a way to force flash player to use English User Interface or at least showing error/debugging messages in English ? (or, cheat flash player to let her thinking she's sitting in a English OS environment ?) thanks....

    Default Re: how do I change Flash Player's locale (UI language)?

    I have exactly the same problem, except I'm using Windows XP Japanese.

    While Flash 9/Flex Builder UI is all in English, Flash Player UI is in
    Japanese and so all error/debugging messages in Flex are displayed in Japanese.

    Is there any way to fix this?:confused;
